Over the years of viewing this.....the double standard is glaring

I have watched over the years, the Republicans get shellacked each time that one of them does something wrong, and the media will cover it ad nauseum for weeks and months at a time. But have you ever seen such glee in them from things that a Democrat did wrong? (At note here is Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, etc.) Now don't jump up and say that I say that because I am a Conservative. Just sit down and listen....for once, you liberals, and open your closed brains to these FACTS.

In 1983, there were two in the Senate house that were brought up on charges much like Foley, (except) in that one, sex was actually something that happened between the representatives and prostitutes, not just instant messages!).....Representative Stubbs was one, the other I don't remember. The other, a Repubican was censured, and in the election that year, lost his seat.....and I don't think that I ever heard from him again when it came to public office. The Democrats went after him with a zealous glee that was reminecent of parahna heading for meat! And the Democrats Won....he lost his seat! The democrat? He got a standing ovation from the democrats...and went on to serve many more years in honor, retiring in 1996! Again, the Democrats won!

Richard Nixon, and watergate. I know for a fact that he didn't do anything that most democrats and republicans over the years had done........he just got caught...and he got impeached. Again, the Democrats won!

Now it isn't so cut and dried here. When it comes to a Republican doing something bad, the Liberals have a lot of tools at their disposal, and the biggest one is the PRESS. The Liberal Press in this country will tell lie after lie and never get held accountable for it....just like the Liberals in our government, John Kerry, John Murtha, Dick Durbin, Teddy Kennedy, Nancy Palosi.....see a trend here? We can go on here, one by one, and show you the things that these people have done to the United States, things that are out there to find...but the press will NEVER report on them cause it wouldn't serve their agenda....*and like I said in a post here a few days ago....yes they have an agenda....*

Teddy Kenndy, that high and mighty fat blob of a senator from Massachussetts, back in 1969 went out drinking at a party, and in his words 'don't remember what happened'....but documentation (that has been suppressed enough) so he was never convicted of his several crimes of that day, in July of '69. From a site that is available to all: http://www.ytedk.com/intro.htm the cowardice of Ted Kennedy is laid out in hour to hour chronicalling showing the timeline of his complete involvement in Mary Jo Kopeckne's death, and the things that he did wrong that day that should have landed him in jail. One thing was, that he was driving on a suspended drivers license, that had been suspended back in February. Many months before. That was hushed up and the copy that the DMV had of that "mysteriously"disappeared! There was no investigation, though one was started!.

Chappaquiddick has been called: "the most brilliant cover-up ever achieved in a nation where investigative procedures are well developed and where the principles of equal justice prevail, at least during some of those moments where people are watching."

And just a few years later, in 1973, Ted Kennedy had the balls to stand up and say: " Do we operate under a system of equal justice under law?
Or is there one system for the average citizen and another for the high and mighty? "
~ Senator Ted Kennedy, 1973 He should know the answer to that question...he is one of the high and mighty, and there is another system for him! Trouble is, a woman lost her life that day in July of '69 because of his actions......or should I say inaction to save her. After driving his car off that bridge into the water, he got out, swam ashore...and went home to sleep while Mary Jo Kopekne struggled for her life and died in his car! Accounts on that site that I list above show that she may have lived for a hour or so after the accident struggling to stay in the air pocket in the car till it was depleted! Any one of us would have been sent to prison for the rest of our lives for that alone, but that was not his only infraction of the law that night...and he is still high and mighty in the Senate, which is a total disgrace!

John Kerry. This idiot, though not going as far as killing an innocent young woman in his car, did much worse in that he lied about our troops in Vietnam, and his involvement in it. Now finally, a law suit has been filed:

When John Kerry slandered an entire generation of men who fought in Vietnam he branded them as "war criminals." Today, much of the same thing is being said about our young men and women in Iraq.Now, a lawsuit filed in Philadelphia?s Court of Common Pleas will test the very foundation of Kerry?s anti-war persona for the first time. It isn?t dubious medals or Kerry?s disputed service record in Vietnam that is being called into question. This time Kerry may finally be forced to answer for the events that launched his public career, one that made him an anti-war hero for many American liberals and a turncoat for millions of Vietnam veterans.The lawsuit (Vietnam Veterans Legacy Foundation, et al. v. Kenneth Campbell, et al.) challenges the basis, the factual accuracy of then Lt. (j.g.) Kerry?s acrimonious testimony before the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee in 1971. It was there Kerry?s public career was catapulted with his now ubiquitous portrayal of American soldiers as murderers, rapists and torturers "who ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam . . . [and] razed villages in a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan." For the anti-war, anti-American protesters, the American soldiers are the "terrorists," and the enemies are the victims of a barbaric U.S. military which tortures and murders defenseless civilians.That false premise, one of the most vicious and enduring smears spawned by Kerry 35 years ago, will also be put to the test once Kerry?s true "Band of Brothers" are put under oath in a Philadelphia courtroom.The background to this lawsuit is long and complex, but even a condensed version is rich in irony and poetic justice.It had it roots in 2004 with the documentary Stolen Honor: Wounds that Never Heal. Many may recall the film, although it is probably best known for not being seen, suppressed after Sinclair Broadcasting Company courageously announced it was going to air the documentary in its entirety. Thanks to Kerry and his liberal colleagues in the Senate and their enablers in the mainstream media, Sinclair was browbeaten into withdrawing the film, its broadcast license threatened by a Kerry campaign manager in 2004. The film?s producer, Carlton Sherwood, a Pulitzer Prize and Peabody Award-winning investigative reporter, interviewed former POWs for the documentary.I was among those whom Sherwood, a decorated Marine combat veteran himself, asked to participate in Stolen Honor. I was a POW for nearly six years, held in North Vietnam prison camps, including the notorious Hanoi Hilton, a place of unimaginable horrors ? torture, beatings, starvation and mind-numbing isolation. When Kerry branded us "war criminals," he handed our captors all the justification they needed to carry out their threats to execute us. Thanks to Kerry, Jane Fonda and their comrades in the anti-war movement, our captivity was prolonged by years. The communists in Hanoi and Moscow couldn?t have had a better press agent to spread their anti-American propaganda. To guarantee Stolen Honor would never be seen by anyone ? not even theatre-goers ? the producer was slapped with a libel and defamation lawsuit.

That lawsuit was filed by a long-time anti-war disciple of the Massachusetts Senator. He was one of Kerry's key war crimes "witnesses," one of several on whom Kerry claims he based his Senate testimony. The lawsuit put a unique spin on the definition of defamation, claiming that Stolen Honor had damaged the public reputations of himself, Kerry and others by simply quoting their own words and criticisms of America during the Vietnam war!The POWs and the wives of POWs who participated in Stolen Honor refused to abandon the facts conveyed in the film. For some of us, it was the first time since our release by the Communists in 1973 that we were able to have our voices publicly heard, to tell our stories about the consequences of Kerry?s treachery. In 2005, we formed a nonprofit organization, the Vietnam Veterans Legacy Foundation (VVLF), to gather records, documents and other materials to form a fact-based, educational repository for students and scholars of Vietnam history and to tell the true story of the American soldiers in Vietnam. The VVLF?s mission is "to set the record straight, factually, about Vietnam and those who fought there." For our efforts, we were promptly sued by two long-time anti-war Kerry followers and VVAW members. It was clear that Kerry not only wanted to punish us for Stolen Honor; he intended to use surrogates to sue us into permanent silence and financial ruin. Forced to spend huge sums to defend ourselves from these frivolous lawsuits, we have filed a countersuit against these Kerry surrogates and intend to reveal the truth about the lawsuits and their sponsors. We believe that we can prove that the purpose of nearly two years of litigation was to protect John Kerry, to drain us financially and spiritually, and to prevent us from setting the record straight.At stake is ultimately nothing less than the integrity of the American military in Vietnam, the honor of the men who served their country, the nobility of those who gave their lives, and the truth of America?s history in Vietnam. John Murtha As a democrat he ought to be totally ashamed of himself by taking the side of the Terrorists and against the American Soldier who is out there sacrificing everything just to give HIM the right to say stupid things like: 'the American soldier is going in the dead of night and killing women and children, torturing.....' You ought to be ashamed MR. JOHN MURTHA, and you ought to know better than that. You are a vet yourself!!!! This statement includes John Kerry!

Nancy Palosi aspires to be the first woman speaker of the house this coming November, and if the majority of the people in the United States would stop and check out her voting record in the Senate, you would see that SHE IS NOT the woman for the job! She voted against the Patriot Act....everytime! She voted against securing our borders.....everytime!She voted against the Bush Tax cuts....everytime! She voted against the War on Terror.....everytime! Her Bush hatred, the same as all Liberal Demorats, knows no bounds, and they will do anything (whether good for the country or NOT) to hurt him while in office. She voted against the bill to not legalize the illegal Immigrants.....everytime! She voted against funding for the war on terror after 9/11.....everytime! Do you people see that she does not have the best interest for the United States at heart? She, like John Kerry, is prolonging the war on terror, by allowing it to continue without the help from our government that it needs, and because of that, more and more of our brave young soldiers are being killed, because people like her and John Kerry have shackled our troops into a way of fighting that cannot be won.....Which brings us to their latest comments....that the "war cannot be won!" Of course not.....you made it so. Let us fight the war on Terror the way it needs to be fought, and we WILL WIN IT....NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! We are actually still winning it regardless of your rhetoric, it is just taking us longer and is bloodier than it would have been if you would have kept your traps shut....and done the RIGHT thing!

The liberals in our government are only good for coverups, prolongation,(of everything that is bad and wrong) and procrastination (of everything that could help this country.) And they need to be stopped!

We have got to look at all that they stand for and get them the hell out of office. Starting next month. To hell with their trumped up polls that say they will win. . . . get out and vote on Novemer 6th and show them again, that they will not win with their anti-American rhetoric
